After years of a successful career in Human Resources, Founded Linked4HR to solve HR challenges for SMEs and bigger corporates to make their business excel.


From 2020 to 2021, as an Interim Executive HR, led the set up of a technology innovation research center in advanced technology, and hired 400 scientists from across the world in less than 18 months.


From 2017 to 2020, as VP of HR, hired 2000 employees in less than 2 years, and in less than 18 months established business units in 10 countries to support the growth of the company and its market cap of $1.5B at its peak.


From 2012 to 2017, held 2 roles as HR Director for Middle East Africa and Asia, HR Director, developed the HR systems and Strategy for 15,000 employees hired from all continents that were supporting the company’s growth to reach a market cap of $25B at its peak.


From 2005 to 2012, held 2 positions as Regional HR Director for Europe and Central Asia and for Africa Middle East and Asia. Managed HR function, with a headcount of 10,000 people, that supported the growth of the market cap to $70B.


From 1997 to 2005, held positions as HR Manager in Belgium, HR Director in Libya, HR Director for the Gulf region, HR Project Director at the HQ in France.
