After years of a successful career in Human Resources, Founded Linked4HR to solve HR challenges for SMEs and bigger corporates to make their business excel.

From 2020 to 2021, as an Interim Executive HR, led the set up of a technology innovation research center in advanced technology, and hired 400 scientists from across the world in less than 18 months.

From 2017 to 2020, as VP of HR, hired 2000 employees in less than 2 years, and in less than 18 months established business units in 10 countries to support the growth of the company and its market cap of $1.5B at its peak.

From 2012 to 2017, held 2 roles as HR Director for Middle East Africa and Asia, HR Director, developed the HR systems and Strategy for 15,000 employees hired from all continents that were supporting the company’s growth to reach a market cap of $25B at its peak.

From 2005 to 2012, held 2 positions as Regional HR Director for Europe and Central Asia and for Africa Middle East and Asia. Managed HR function, with a headcount of 10,000 people, that supported the growth of the market cap to $70B.

From 1997 to 2005, held positions as HR Manager in Belgium, HR Director in Libya, HR Director for the Gulf region, HR Project Director at the HQ in France.

Antoine Mingalon

Chief People Officer at Kyriba, has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, including global talent strategy, leadership and employee development, organizational change and culture management, and employee compensation and benefits strategy. Before joining Kyriba, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Eutelsat and was Chief Human Resources Officer at Criteo, a fast-growth global software company where Antoine successfully led the human resources for IPO readiness on NASDAQ.

Jean-Pierre Fieux

Executive Director at JPF Consulting his own venture, has more than 33 years of global experience in human resources, he acted as a leader for HR in various organizations worldwide, including global talent strategy, leadership. Before setting up his venture JPF Consulting, he served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources DHL-Global Forwarding & Freight, Group Vice President Human Resources Atos Origin Group in Paris, Human Resources Director Russia for Schlumberger in Houston.

Horace O. Porrás

Vice-president Human Resources Latin America at American Tower Corporation, has forged over 25 years of experience in HR holding international roles such as Head of HR for Continental Europe, Head of Global Mobility in several companies such as Schlumberger, Cargill, Mastercard, and McDonald's. Horace has experience in Talent management & Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Compensation, Processes in environments like Mergers & Acquisitions and integration.

Steve Mele

Managing Director at SEM Consulting, founded SEM Consulting Partners which specializes in change management related to CEO effectiveness and senior teams working through M&A, Technology, Customer Effectiveness, sales, compliance, and operational challenges. He also works as an executive coach. Steve brings more than 30 years of experience working in the C-Suite on Sr. Leadership Development as well as complex technology and cultural change challenges. He has held many HR positions at Schlumberger, Mercer, and Towers Watson.

Dr. Lana El Chaar

Lana is currently the Vice President (VP) of the Center of Excellence at NOMAC. She leads the implementation of a strategic transformation portfolio to drive operational efficiencies, whilst supporting NOMAC’s and ACWA Power’s growth aspirations.Prior to NOMAC, Lana was affiliated with General Electric Power Services where she held many positions globally and locally.Lana was affiliated with many academic institutions and is the recipient of the Women In New Energy Award 2022 “Technology leader of the Year” awarded by Firstview Intelligent Business.

Rami Cassis

Rami Cassis is an international dealmaker, investor, and operator. He leads Parabellum Investments which trades as a private equity firm, and which owns a portfolio of companies spanning sectors including life sciences, technology, mining and fashion.Rami held a number of leadership positions with corporations, including CEO, COO, Chairman and Operations Director. He shares this valuable, first-hand knowledge and experience with all the portfolio companies which are owned by Parabellum Investments.
